Prices include tax. The sale is made with Creem, merchant of record, which collects payment and issues the invoice. Tablee Pro renews every year until cancelled, and runs until the end of the period once cancelled. With the same account, a purchase made here also counts in the iPhone app, and the other way round.

Is the online seating chart really free?
Yes, for one event of up to 5 tables, with no time limit and no card, and the full seating engine. Beyond that, a one-off €9.99 unlocks the event up to 200 tables. Tablee Pro, at €84.99 a year, is for people who run several.
Do I need to download software?
No. Tablee is seating chart software that runs in your browser: nothing to install, on Mac or PC. There is also an iPhone and iPad app, which picks up your plans and purchases with the same account.
Can I import my guest list from Excel?
Yes. Copy your columns from Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets and paste them, or import a CSV, Excel or PDF file. First name, last name, household, group, meal, allergies and RSVP are recognised on their own.
How many guests per table?
A 60-inch (150 cm) round table seats 8 to 10 guests, a 72-inch (180 cm) one 10 to 12. For a rectangular table, allow about 24 inches (60 cm) per person on each side. In Tablee a round table starts at 8 seats and a rectangular one at 10, and every table can be adjusted.
What happens if a guest cancels?
Remove them from the list and rebuild: the engine recalculates the plan moving as few people as possible, and the guests you pinned to their seat stay put.
Why do I need an account?
So your plans follow you. They are saved to your account, and you reopen them from any computer. Signing up takes an email address and a password, or just a link sent by email. The iPhone app works without an account; signed in to yours, it picks up your plans.
What if I run several events?
The free plan and the one-off €9.99 payment cover a single event, one seating chart. To run several, Tablee Pro opens unlimited events and tables, for €84.99 a year. You cancel it from your account, and it runs until the end of the paid year.
Where does my data go?
To our servers, in Western Europe, to give it back to you on every computer. We do not sell it and do nothing else with it. Allergens and reduced mobility are only there if you enter them here, or if you agree to let the iPhone app send them. You can delete an event or your whole account at any time, from the app.
Does buying in the web app unlock the iPhone app?
Yes, with the same account, in both directions: an event unlocked or a Pro subscription paid for here also counts in the iPhone app, and a purchase made in the app counts here. Your plans, too, are there on both sides.
I had paid for an event on the old builder
Your purchase is kept. Sign in to the app with the email address you gave for the invoice. If you had downloaded the .tablee file, import it from your events: the unlock comes with it. Otherwise, write to us at contact@lezbroz.com.
Which devices does the web app run on?
Any recent browser: Safari, Chrome, Firefox or Edge, on Mac, PC, tablet or phone. It is most comfortable on a large screen, to draw the room.
